Making the decision to invest in healthy lifestyle changes is more than just flipping a switch. Making sustainable lifestyle changes is a process that takes time, dedication, and patience.

It is important to set up your lifestyle changes to work with your life and to give yourself grace as you find the rhythm that works for you. However, there are some easy ways that can help you develop a completely different lifestyle.

  1. Focus on futuristic goals:

Focusing on the bigger picture, will help you to change your lifestyle a lot. Focusing on chasing our dreams and our goals can help us to make changes in our lifestyle as well. 

If we keep in mind our goals in wishing to accomplish them we can make little changes from the beginning to achieve it.

Little changes in lifestyle includes:

  • 7-8 hours of sleep daily.
  • Keep hydrated.
  • Stress less
  • Doing exercise.

These are some excellent ways to change your lifestyle little by little.

2. Create a to-do’s list 

  Making a list for tomorrow before going to bed can achieve a different level of mindset. Knowing what you have to do to make your day productive can help you to come closer to changing your lifestyle.

Creating a list or a schedule for tomorrow will help you to not waste your time in thinking what to do first and what to do next. Rather sitting or laying on bed scrolling through reels and wasting your time.

 By making a list you can help yourself to complete things within the time and without forgetting.

3.  Adopt new habits

Building habits takes time. Be patient with yourself and understand that the fastest way forward isn’t always the smartest way forward. The goal in creating lifestyle changes isn’t to get to the finish line as quickly as possible. The goal is to build habits that are sustainable in your everyday life. So, give yourself time to start small and build on success so that the end result is rock solid.

4. Balance diet 

By balancing diet you won’t get in touch with junk food. Avoid junk as much as you can. Avoiding junk and excessive oil, sugar can help you to not get in any type of hazardous diseases. 

5. Avoid bad habits as much as you can.

Cut out as many triggers as possible. If you smoke when you drink, then don’t go to the bar. If you eat cookies when they are in the house, then throw them all away. If the first thing you do when you sit on the couch is pick up the TV remote, then hide the remote in a closet in a different room. Make it easier on yourself to break bad habits by avoiding the things that cause them.

If your peer pressurises you in doing all that, stay away from them. Keeping distance from those who don’t uplift you in choosing the right thing for yourself.

Right now, your environment makes your bad habits easier and good habits harder. Change your environment  and you can change the outcome.

6. Worship god for peace of mind: 

Remembering God so that your mind and body cleanses from all over. In the morning, all I do is chant “OM” for 10 minutes. Then I listen to 3-4 bhajans after my morning stretching so it makes m y mind to work the whole day being calmer. Being into divine’s energy and knowing what you are doing with yourself or thinking about life is an important thing to do. Believing in God is like a therapy for soul’s peace.

7. Write affirmations in morning:

Affirmations have the power to motivate you to act on certain things, help you to concentrate on achieving your goals in life, give you the power to change your negative thinking patterns and replace them with positive thinking patterns, assist you in accessing a new belief system, but above all, affirmations can reaffirm the positivity back into your life and help regain or increase your self-confidence.For Affirmations to truly work, you need to repeat the affirmation daily, and truly believe in the words you are saying. For example “I will not compare myself to others.” Now that is an affirmation that is targeted to boost your self-confidence and your own self-worth, but you need to believe in that statement and repeat it 3 to 5 times a day.

8. MOVE YOUR BODY:

Moving your body means to do exercise daily or different activities, it can either be sport, swimming, dance, gym or any movement you love to do. You can schedule it as Monday- exercise, Tuesday- dance , Wednesday- boxing, Thursday- yoga, Friday- cycling, Saturday- swimming and Sunday is for resting purpose. 

This is how you can change your lifestyle and be THAT GIRL soon. Some key points to change your lifestyle as well as your mindset completely.
